Braai house order process
Ordering a Braai house could not be easier, the simple four-step process
A home visit to discuss your requirements and view the potential site

A full site survey to check out the feasibility of the project

Presentation of drawings for the proposed scheme for approval

Subject to agreement, the project is costed out and confirmation of order documents are drafted and sent to the client for signature
Stage Payments
1/3 with confirmation of order

1/3 on completion of the frame
-
1/3 on completion of the project
Erection
Groundworks and erection of frame including the roof structure
Dependent on the size of the Braai house this should take two to three days
The thatching process
Dependent upon the size of the Braai house this should take up to a maximum of seven days
Extras
Any additional extras such as landscaping, flooring, electrics to include lighting, outdoor speakers if required or braai facilities are payable in two stage payments:
Through our association with the Hot Springs Spa company we are happy to facilitate the purchase and delivery of your chosen product as part of the package.
Installation can be quoted for as part of the service.
Planning
Virtual Africa Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for Braaihouses constructed that subsequently require planning permission. Any Braaihouse constructed at a residential dwelling would be subject to Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A or E of the Town and Country Planning Order. Generally, planning would not be required. There are exceptions and we would advise our customers to contact their Local Planning Authority to ensure planning consent is not required.
